In support of the Office of Defense Cooperation, Post is
requesting Human Rights Vetting, in accordance with the Leahy
Amendment, of the person listed below that will be
participating in U.S. funded training for International
Counter Terrorism Fellowship program at the National Defense
University in Washington, D.C. Training dates are June 24,
2007 through June 8, 2008. Post has no credible information
of human rights violations by this person. Post is
requesting expeditious review in light of the short window of
approval. Post apologizes for the short notice as there was
a break in communication on this matter.
