In support of the Office of Defense Cooperation, Post is
requesting Human Rights Vetting, in accordance with the Leahy
Amendment, of the personnel listed below that will be
participating in ODC training. Post has no credible
information of human rights violations by the person listed
below. The Regional Civ-Mil Response to Terrorism course is
set to begin Monday, June 25 in Quito, Ecuador.
