The government of Turkmenistan would like to remain off the revised
"J" visa skills list. Per reftel, we explained the "J" visa skills
list and gave a copy to Ata Eyeberdiyev of the MFA's America's desk
August 29. Head of the America's Division Serdar Bashimov replied
September 4 that Turkmenistan wished to remain off the list. We
have updated the Skills List Survey on the CA Intranet NIV page
accordingly.
