On April 2, Post received two Diplomatic Notes, both dated March 23, 2007. One gave formal notice of the recall of Malagasy Ambassador to the United States, H.E. Mr. NARISOA Rajaonarivony, while the other sought agrement for his replacement, Mr. RADIFERA Jocelyn Bertin.
