of the MFA's disarmament section within the International
Organizations Department Khalid Takhayneh. Takhayneh
confirmed that the GOJ would participate at the INTERPOL
General Assembly meeting in Morocco. He said that Jordan is
neutral on the issue, plans to maintain a low-key posture at
the general assembly meeting, and would consider supporting a
resolution or a vote on Argentina's proposal should one be
tabled.
