(C) Nawaf Al-Tal, the MFA's lead on preparations for the
upcoming regional Refugee Working Group meeting, told
PolCouns on July 15 that the start date of the two-day
meeting had slipped from July 22 to July 23 or 24. Despite
the shift, he was confident that the Iraqi government would
soon issue invitations in close coordination with the GOJ.
