al-Aamiry, director of the Foreign Ministry's International
Organizations Department. Aamiry, familiar with the HCOC,
admitted that Jordan had not issued its annual declaration.
He expressed interest in the "nil form" and noted that the
next HCOC convenes in Vienna later this month.
