Essel, MFA Supervising Director for International
Organizations Affairs, urging Ghana to support the upcoming
Plenary session vote on resolutions condemning the human
rights situations in Burma, DPRK, Iran and Belarus. Essel
promised careful consideration of our points, but did not
indicate how Ghana will vote in the Plenary.
