Paul Essel, Supervising Director of the Office for
Multilateral, Legal and Passport affairs at the MFA. On
October 29, poloff followed up with Essel. While Essel
acknowledged that this resolution is introduced every year,
he said the GOG is still considering its position for this
year. (Note: As reported in ref B, the GOG told us previously
that Ghana has "excellent relations" with Cuba and votes in
favor of the Cuba embargo resolution each year. End note.)
