the MFA on September 10. On September 12, poloff spoke with
Paul Essel, Supervising Director for the office of
Multilateral, Legal, and Passport Affairs at the MFA, who
said that the GOG will closely consider our position. He
added that the MFA will have to consult with other Ministries
before deciding who to support for the Committee Against
Torture.
