(SBU) On August 28, POL Chief followed up with Paul Essel,
Director of the Office for Multilateral, Legal, and Passport
Affairs at the MFA, concerning reftel demarche, which Post
delivered on August 23. Essel said Ghana was undecided on
the issue and he added that he would liase with Ghana's
mission to the UN and with his superiors in Accra on the
issue.
