SECURITY DIALOGUE TALKS

(SBU) UAE Armed Forces General Headquarters (GHQ) has
confirmed UAEG participation for the next round of Gulf
Security Dialogue talks to be held in Washington D.C. on May
7, 2007. The UAE delegation will be led by UAE Commander of
the Air Forces and Air Defense, Staff Air Vice-Marshal (Major
General) Mohammed Sowaidan Al-Gemzy. The remainder of the
UAE delegation will consist of:
- Staff Col. Mahash Saeed Salem al-Hameli, Head of
Intelligence and Air Security;
- Staff Col. Essa Rashid Obaid al-Ali, Director, Office of
the Air Forces and Air Defense Commander;
- Staff Col. Ishaq Saleh Mohammed al-Baloushi, Head of
Projects Department;
- Col. Ammar Saeed Mohammed al-Taie, Director of Military
Justice;
- Staff Col. Saif Mohammed Saif al-Sowaidi, Deputy Operations
Director;
- LTC Dr. Albadr Sharef Sheikh al-Shatery, Analyst,
Intelligence Department;
- Yousef al-Otaiba, International Affairs Director of the Abu
Dhabi Crown Prince's Court;
- Dr. Abdulraheem al-Outhy, Deputy Assistant for
International Cooperation Affairs and
Planning, Ministry of Justice;
