Al-Otaiba contacted econchief to say that the UAE had changed
its head of delegation to the March 16 ICI interim meeting.
The head of delegation would be Ambassador Saqr Ghobash Saeed
Ghobash UAE Ambassador to the U.S. rather than the UAE
Permanent Representative to the UN, as reported ref a.
Al-Otaiba did not give a reason for the change.
