activities of Tanchon Commercial Bank representative in Dubai
with Yacub Al Hosani, MFA Director of Organizations and
International Conferences and member of the US-UAE
Counterproliferation Task Force. Al Hosani, professing
strong interest in the subject, was pleased to receive the
information, and took down all particulars. He promised that
the UAE would look into our concerns regarding the plans of
Choe Myong Chol to move money from Tanchon-held accounts
surreptitiously from Kish Island's Bank Sepah branch to Dubai.
