1. (S/NF) On November 15, DHS/ICE Senior representative in
Dubai contacted Dubai Customs, which confirmed that it had
received instructions from Dubai's General Directorate of
State Security to locate and offload the container noted
reftel. Dubai Customs officials have told us they are in the
process of locating the container. We do not yet have
information that the container has been located.
2. (S/NF) The ship is scheduled to depart on November 17 at
1100.
