Embassy Abidjan recommends Mr. Souleymane Coulibaly to attend the
USDA Biofuels Conference on August 20 - 27, 2007 in Minnesota. Mr.
Coulibaly is a chemical engineer and currently the Chairman of
SENBCI, the wood exporter's union in Cote d'Ivoire.
Mr. Coulibaly's focus is on agriculture and wood product
conservation and processing. He is the premier expert on the
Development of Ethanol/Gel Fuel as Cooking Energy in the West
African Economic Monetary Union. He was invited by the African
Union and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization to
participate in the first high-level workshop on biofuels held in
Africa, in Addis Ababa, on May 17-18, 2007.
