1. (SBU) We delivered reftel points to MFA Department for
Arms Control and International Security Counselor Vartuhi
Asaturian on July 6. Asaturian said the GOAM also was
concerned about the July 4-5 North Korean missile tests, and
hoped for a peaceful solution to the situation. She said the
GOAM would like to see the international community send a
strong message urging North Korea to reconsider its
aggressive stance.
