Sea forum to Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
International Organizations Department Chief Valery Mkrtumyan
May 18. Mkrtumyan said the GOAM places great importance on
its membership in the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and
plans to send a "high-ranking" government representative to
the June 5 forum. According to Mkrtumyan, the representative
had not yet been named.
