(SBU) On February 8, the Ambassador delivered reftel
invitation for Armenian participation in the DoD
International Counterproliferation Program (ICP) "Weapons of
Mass Destruction Crime Scene Operations" course to Armenian
Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakossian. Kirakossian said
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would coordinate with the
Ministry of Defense, National Security Service and other
appropriate government agencies to identify the appropriate
Armenian participants in the March 27-31 ICP course.
Kirakossian told the Ambassador that the MFA would furnish
the proposed list of participants, and their agency
affiliations, before the March 17, 2006 deadline.
