(SBU) We delivered ref A report to Armen Papikyan, head of
the Conventional Arms Control Division of the MFA's
Department of Arms Control and National Security. Papikyan
noted again, as he did last time we discussed UNSCR 1718,
that North Korean affairs are far removed from Armenia (ref
B). He also said that, earlier this month, the MFA sent to
the National Security Service (NSS) and border guards the
lists of items in subparagraph 8(a) of the resolution so that
they could keep an eye out for them.
