1. (C) We delivered reftel points to Valery Mkrtumian, head
of the MFA's International Organizations Department, on
October 16. Mkrtumian responded October 26, that the GOAM
would cooperate with the United States. However, he
commented, as he has in the past, that Armenia is very far
removed from North Korea.
