(C) CDA and poloff called upon Deputy FM Armen Kirakosian to
deliver Ref A talking points and presidential statement,
leaving both as a non-paper. Kirakosian was supportive of
our position, but had little to add to last week's
conversation (ref B). We agreed that the DPRK had no known
assets or other connections in Armenia for the GOAM to freeze
or interdict. Kirakosian indicated his government would
consider issuing a statement critical of the North Korean
nuclear test.
