Embassy is in receipt of a Diplomatic Note from the New Zealand
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade granting vessel clearance to
the Nathaniel B. Palmer to conduct marine scientific research in the
EEZ of New Zealand from December 22 - 25, 2006. A copy of the dip
note has been faxed to OES/OA.
