Begin text: "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America and has the honour to advise that the New Zealand Government has decided to support the candidature of Mr. Michael Matheson for re-election as one of the 34 experts of the International Law Commission at the elections scheduled for 16 November 2006 at UNGA 61 in New York.
