(S) On November 16, Econoff delivered prenotification reftel
points on terrorist facilitators and inciters to Karol
Bachura and Grzegorz Majewski of the Security Policy
Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Majewski
noted that since the request involved potential travel bans,
they will forward the list of names to Polish Customs.
Majewski also commented that in addition to UN Resolution
1267, the EU also maintained its own list of names, and that
EU consensus will be required to add the names to this list.
Econoff then delivered points to Acting Deputy Director Ewa
Kloc Lipka, Counselor Robert Typa, and Elzbieta Jaskewicz of
the Department of Financial Information at the Ministry of
Finance. They had no substantive comments on the subject.
