MARITIME ORGANIZATION'S SAFETY COMMITTEE

On November 20, embassy conveyed reftel talking points to Andreas
Linhart, Deputy Director of the Transportation Law Unit in the
Ministry of Transportation, Innovation and Technology, which has the
lead on this issue. Linhart told us that Austria will not send a
delegation to the Safety Committee Meeting in Istanbul.
