STATE 180958 ¶C. STATE 182131 ¶1. (U) The United Nations General Assembly Second Committee (Economic and Financial Affairs) adopted three resolutions by consensus on November 7. Prior to adoption, the Committee Chair read out a statement that there were no program budget implications (PBIs) associated with these resolutions. The resolutions adopted were as follows: A/C.2/61/L.11/Rev.1 (draft resolution submitted by Armenia et al. with U.S. and other co-sponsors under agenda item 55(e)) -- Integration of the economies in transition into the world economy. Adopted by consensus (Ref A). A/C.2/61/L.9/Rev.1 (draft resolution submitted by Liberia with U.S. and other co-sponsors under agenda item 69(b), special economic assistance to individual countries or regions) -- Humanitarian assistance and reconstruction of Liberia. Adopted by consensus (Ref B). A/C.2/61/L.4/Rev.1 (draft resolution submitted by Argentina under agenda item 69(c)) -- Participation of volunteers, "White Helmets", in the activities of the United Nations in the field of humanitarian relief, rehabilitation and technical cooperation for development.
