As instructed in ref B, USDel agreed to providing $4,975,900
in commitment authority for the 2006-2007 biennium for
additional office accommodation for staff at the OHCHR in
Geneva (A/C.5/60/L.65). The Secretary-General will report on
the actual expenditure in the first performance report.
USDel also raised the points in ref B, which were noted by
the delegations of Cuba and Nigeria, in particular.
