(SBU) On May 26, Poloff asked MFA Director General for
Americas, Middle East and Africa Jambaldorj whether
Mongolia intended to issue a statement of support to
mark the formation of the Iraq government. Jambaldorj
replied that Prime Minister Enkhbold had already sent a
message of congratulations. However, no decision had
been taken yet as to whether to make a public statement
and/or release the congratulatory message. He said the
issue would be reviewed by the Foreign Minister.
