(C) On July 3, Poloff delivered reftel talking points on
engaging Mediterranean Dialogue countries on NATO's Middle
East Security Cooperation Center to MFA Director for the
Americas Mohamed Fadhel Ayari. Ayari said that the MFA
Division of European Affairs handles Mediterranean Dialogue
issues and that he would pass our points to his colleagues
for action. Ayari said he did not have the details of
Tunisia's participation in the July 5 meeting.
