Director Yoriko Suzuki. Suzuki asked for another update on
the responses from other Bern Process countries, saying Japan
needed more time before deciding whether to participate in
the joint demarche. In addition, Japan does not want "Bern
Process" in the title of the demarche unless it is adopted by
all the member countries.
