The delegation will be headed by President Alfred Moisiu. ¶A. Attendance of the Head of State -- H.E. Alfred Moisiu, President of the Republic of Albania -- In New York September 17 through 23; present for General Debate; in Rochester Hills (Michigan) September 23 through 25 -- Daughter Mirela Moisiu will accompany (Note: As President Moisiu's wife is deceased, his daughter is the First Lady of Albania. End Note.) -- Will also be accompanied by three advisors, a physician, two bodyguards (unarmed),and an interpreter -- No interpretation required, as Moisiu will travel with his own interpreter ¶B. Attendance of the Head of Government -- No plans to attend UNGA ¶C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister -- H.E. Besnik Mustafaj, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania -- In New York September 17 through 24; present for General Debate -- Spouse will not accompany -- No interpretation required, as Mustafaj will travel with his own interpreter ¶D. Attendance of other VIPs -- None ¶E. Attendance of the MFA official responsible for IO affairs -- Ms. Elsa Kosova, Director for International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs -- In New York September 17 through 24 -- Spouse will not accompany -- Will also be accompanied by Mr. Saimir Repishti, Chief of the UN Section (subordinate to Kosova),who will be in New York September 13 through 22 or 23 -- No interpretation required ¶2.
