5. (SBU) Post has used visits, including most recently the
November visit of S/CT and Treasury Terrorist Finance and
Financial Crime officials, as opportunities to engage with
Dutch officials on the issue of combating terrorist financing
and to highlight and advance U.S.-Dutch efforts in this area.
6. (SBU) Post's Deputy TFCO will take the March 2007 session
of FSI training on combating terrorist financing.
