(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarche September 25 to MFA
Human Rights Division China policy officer Joris Geeven.
Geeven said he would forward the points to the Dutch mission
in Beijing. He added that the EU Troika (current EU
President Finland, prospective President Germany, and the
European Commission) delivered a demarche August 11 in
Beijing. The demarche mentioned at least two cases contained
in our proposed language - a son of Rebiya Kadeer and the
relatives or family of Chen Guangcheng.
