(S) On June 23, Charge Chat Blakeman briefed Fred Olthof,
Head of Terrorism and New Threats Unit, Political Affairs
Department, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and shared
talking points and background. Econoff did the same with
Dutch Finance Ministry Officials Erik van Andel, Director
Financial Integrity Unit, and Erik Ligthart, Deputy Director
Financial Integrity Unit, who are both responsible for
tracking terrorist financing issues. MFA predicted that the
article would lead to questions from parliament and thanked
us for the additional information.
