Force officer Sjoerd Sjoerdsma. The MFA is extremely
interested in emerging USG thoughts on the nature and scope
of NATO assistance to AMIS. Sjoerdsma said that he was aware
of discussions among EU and NATO ambassadors in Brussels but
had as yet not received any indication of FM Bot's or
Development Minister van Ardenne's thoughts.
