(SBU) On March 28, Post received a diplomatic note (No.
58-DT/097-DGPE) signed by the Honduran MFA's Director of
Foreign Relations -- in response to USG diplomatic note 010
regarding Article 505/GPOI -- announcing that GOH confirms
acceptance and such acceptance constitutes an agreement
between Honduras and the United States as of March 28.
Scanned versions of the two notes constituting the agreement
were sent via e-mail to PM/PPA, WHA/CEN, L/PM, L/T. The
original copy of the Honduran dip note and true copy of the
Embassy's dip note will be sent to L/T via diplomatic pouch
number 3411320 on March 30.
