(U) In response to our request, on July 24 MFA Counsellor for International Organizations and Regional Cooperation Tiiu Viljasaar delivered a provisional attendance list for the 61st UN General Assembly. No interpretation is required for GOE attendees. Post will relay any changes to the provisional list and travel plans if changes are made. ¶2. (U) Provisional attendance list: ¶A.
