(U) On May 26 Polecoff delivered reftel points and
Dip Note to Katri Teedumae, MFA Director for
International Organizations and Regional
Cooperation, to seek support for Ruth Wedgwood's re-
election to the UN Human Rights Committee. As is
the GOE's procedure concerning UN elections,
Teedumae said that Estonia will make its decision
shortly before the election.
