(SBU) On April 27 Polecoff delivered reftel points to
Katri Teedumae, MFA Director for International
Organizations and Cooperation. Teedumae said that
Estonia supports the EU's alternative resolution of
April 26. She subsequently confirmed that she had
conveyed our talking points to the Estonian Mission to
the UN.
