Post received a Note Verbale from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia on April 20, 2006, in response to reftels on the ITU Radio Regulations Board elections. (begin text of Note Verbale) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia present their compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America and with reference to the Embassy?s Note No. 44, dated 24 March 2006 and No. 47, dated 31 March 2006, concerning the request of support of the Government of Estonia for the candidature of Julie Napier Zoller to the International Telecommunication Union?s Radio Regulation Board at the elections to be held during the ITU?s Plenipotentiary Conference from November 6-24, 2006 in Antalya, Turkey, have the honour to inform the Embassy of the following. The Estonian Government will give careful consideration to Ms Napier Zoller?s candidature when making its final decision. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the United States the assurances of their highest consideration. WOS
