On April 7 Polecoff delivered reftel points on the
U.S. decision not to run for a seat on the UN Human
Rights Council (UNHRC) to Katri Teedumae, MFA Director
for International Organizations and Regional
Cooperation. Teedumae thanked us for the information
and shared that Estonia plans to run for a seat on the
UNHCR in 2012, which it believes is a realistic
timeframe.
