(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel points on pending adoptions in
Romania to
MFA Desk Officer Ahti Raidel on March 24, and followed up on
March 29.
Raidel expressed his gratitude for the information. The GOE
has not
formulated a position on the issue, he said. As Estonia does
not have
representation in Bucharest, Raidel said he would forward the
information to Estonia's Permanent Representation to the EU
for further
discussion and consultation with other EU member states.
