Kolk, MFA Iran Desk Officer, on Iran's flawed elections.
Kolk confirmed that the GOE and the EU shared USG concerns.
Estonia does not have an Embassy or other diplomatic
representation in Iran, and so will not report on election
activities. The GOE does plan to support any eventual EU
position and statement on the conduct of the elections.
