We made reftel demarche to MFA Cuba Desk Officer Hanna
Lambert, who informed us 9/8 that the decision had been taken
the previous day that Sweden's delegation to the 9/11-16 NAM
Summit would be led by their bilateral Ambassador in Havana
and include First Secretary Urban Andersson from Sweden's
Permanent Mission in New York.
