1. (U) An expanding U.S. Government presence in Darfur
requires modest infrastructure development, including living
and working facilities, to support U.S. personnel in the
field. S/CRS and AF/EX have agreed to split the costs
associated with refurbishing RSO-identified buildings in El
Fasher (reftels). Related costs should be applied to the
following fund cites:
S/CRS fund cite for El Fasher facility:

AF/EX fund cite for El Fasher facility:
1960113-4501-645081-150200-2589 -- $100,000.000
