(C) We delivered reftel points to Christina Yotova, MFA's
expert in the Human Rights Directorate. She said GOB will
most likely support the EU-sponsored resolutions on North
Korea and Burma. She was not familiar with the texts of the
Iran, Belarus, and Uzbekistan resolutions, but promised to
give our position serious consideration. We will follow up
with the MFA early next week.
