2. (SBU) After receiving a Blue Lantern action request,
Embassy Sofia works immediately to schedule an appointment
with the subject firm. Embassy POC works closely with DAO
and other agencies at Post to vet the firm in question. Post
recognizes the time sensitivity of the licensing process and
reports its findings to PM/DTCC as soon as possible.
