(U) Poloff delivered reftel points on U.S. goals for UN
managerial reform and the upcoming NAM ministerial to MFA
State Counselor Svelana Geleva on May 26. Post notes that
Macedonia, as a NAM "guest country", can attend opening and
closing ceremonies, but cannot attend or participate in NAM
deliberations. Geleva said the GOM will not send a
representative to the upcoming NAM ministerial. Geleva did
reiterate the GOM's continued support for UN reforms.
