to Wong Chow Ming, head of the ASEAN Directorate at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Wong welcomed the opportunity
to co-host another ARF seminar with the United States and
China, and said that Singapore is happy for the United States
to announce the plans for the seminar at the May 19 ARF
Senior Officials' Meeting.
